Cancellation and Refund Policy
We are dedicated to client satisfaction and we have a 7-day money back guarantee on any UNUSED hours. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, you can cancel within the first 7 days of the first month and we will refund the unused proportion of your fees in full. You agree that there will be no refund on non-usage of plan hours or if you choose not to use plan hours after 7 days. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
Plan Rollover Policy
For Plans less than 40 Hours, you have 40 days to use all the hours in the Plan and unused hours cannot be rolled over after 40 days and will be considered as expired if not used within specified time-frame.
For Plans more than 40 Hours, you have 60 days to use all the hours in the Plan and unused hours cannot be rolled over after 60 days and will be considered as expired if not used within specified time-frame.
If you’re concerned about using all the hours. We suggest picking a smaller plan to start out with and upgrading from there.
